Villa Rosorum: this characteristic building was constructed in the late 1920s commissioned by the Council of Labour. Following a thorough interior renovation, the building was put into use as the headquarters of Nutreco. In the spring of 2018, the villa became a care villa of the Rosorum Foundation, featuring 26 luxury studio apartments and various common areas for the elderly. This beautiful staircase was expertly renovated by Soetendaal Trappen from Barneveld. For instance, the treads were treated with PCG wax oil in midbrown to give them a matte, chic appearance. In doing so, the wood regained the look befitting this impressive building.
